Fast delivery

Items marked on their detail page with a label "Fast delivery" are assured to arrive by the estimated delivery date. If you experience any issues, you can apply for one of the following compensation.
Refund for packages lost in transit
Apply for a refund if your package is indicated as "lost in transit" on its tracking details. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.
Refund if not delivered after 35 days
If your package isn't delivered within 35 days after shipment, you can apply for a refund. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.
Refund if items arrive damaged
Apply for a refund if any items you ordered arrive damaged.
